You Should Cook: Shrimp in Avocado Bed


Sounds unsexy? Think again. Imagine hand feeding one another shrimp.

Not to mention savoring the avocados, which were compared to testicals in ancient times.

This meal has enough zinc and proteins for you and your love to go at it again.

Here's how to make it:



4 ounces large fresh shrimp

1 red chili pepper

3 T oilve oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Salt and pepper

1 avocado

2 T mayo



Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp, leaving tails intact. Halve the chili lengthwise and discard
the seeds.



Heat the oil in a pan. Add the shrimp, chili, and garlic. Cook over a high heat for about 3 minutes until
the shrimp are pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.



Meanwhile, halve the avocado lengthwise and remove the stone.



When the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the pan and pat dry with paper towels. Stir in the mayonaise.
Divide the shrip equally between the two avocado halves and serve.
